Full Mile Beer Company & Kitchen Online

Full Mile was officially founded in 2015 when the legal necessities of starting a business were finalized. But the idea of Full Mile was germinated years earlier when the founders would discuss the plan over beers at high school class reunions or get togethers with friends. By late 2017 a location and building was ready to be built on an empty lot previously owned by the City of Sun Prairie. Construction on the building at 132 Market Street began in early November of 2017. Our first floor space was finished in December 2018 and after some soft opening events over the weekend we opened our doors on December 18th, 2018 at 11AM.

The beer brewed on-site comes from our brewhouse located just feet (depending on your seat) from where you’re sitting. Our brewhouse was commissioned in late October of 2018 and the first batch was brewed on November 5th. Our mission with the brewery is to produce world-class beer in a pub setting. Quality and creativity are the foundation of everything we do at Full Mile. We brew on a 10 barrel, 3 vessel system designed and built by Quality Tank Solutions of Oconomowoc and Marshfield, WI.
Our kitchen is designed around the imported wood-fired pizza oven that can be seen from almost anywhere in the restaurant. Comfort, or beer drinking food with a twist is what we strive for at FMBC&K.

The well curated back bar here was not by accident. A strong focus on quality and variety including small scale producers of wines and spirits was always part of the plan.
